Returns
We accept returns in accordance with the specific return terms listed on each individual product page. Because we work with multiple suppliers, return eligibility, timeframes, and shipping responsibilities may differ depending on the item purchased.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the return details provided on the product page before completing their purchase.
To be eligible for a return (when applicable), items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Damage Replacement Guarantee)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at akeiragolden22@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note:
- Refunds are not issued for defective items
- Approved claims are fulfilled through replacement only
- Return shipping for defective items may be covered depending on the supplier
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If an item is defective, a replacement will be issued instead.
Refunds
If a return is approved (when applicable), we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
